  • Order Processing Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Our team will process your order within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Shipping Methods and Times We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

    Standard Shipping: 2 to 3 business days

    European Shipping: 5 to 10 business days

    International Shipping: 10 to 20 business days

  • Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.

  • Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier's website.

  • International Shipping International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

  • Eligibility We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Initiating a Return or Exchange To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@revivathebrand.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our team will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions.

  • Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

  • Processing Returns Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working business days.

  • Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at info@revivathebrand.com. We will process the exchange once we receive the original item. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@revivathebrand.com within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and send a replacement item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
